Capiz State University and St. Joseph’s Food Products signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on the adaptation of the latter of the Optimized Calamansi Juice Extractor of the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering of Burias Campus. The signing was done on June 21, 2021 at CAPSU Central Office, Dayao, Roxas City.
The agreement focused on the utilization of St. Joseph’s Food Products of the Optimized Calamansi Juice Extractor developed by the Burias Campus.
The MOA signing was led by Dr. Editha C. Alfon, CAPSU President and Rev. Fr. Gybbyn G. Gumban, Director of St. Joseph’s Food Products. Key officials of the University in attendance during the signing were Dr. Efren L. Linan, the Vice President for Research Development and Extension and Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Research Director of the University. Also present from the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering of Burias Campus were Engr. Monalyn Oloroso and Engr. Marilyn Bernabe.
